• A) Open: 18–44 years
• B) Master: 45+ years
• Participation: Men and Women

Weight Categories:

Participants will be divided into multiple weight categories

Program:

• Combat: The competition will consist of 3 rounds of 2 minutes each, with a 1-minute rest period between rounds.
• Poomsae : individual

Meeting of participants / captains /coaches

The meeting and weight control will be held the day before the competition. Attendance is mandatory.
